Hi there! I’m so glad you stopped by. My name is Hiedi, and I’ve been crafting in one form or another for as long as I can remember. Growing up, I spent countless hours creating with my family—those memories sparked a lifelong passion for handmade art that has only grown stronger over the years.
As a military spouse, life has taken me on many adventures, including a few unforgettable years stationed overseas in Sicily. It was there that my creative journey took a new turn. I made a piece of string art in the shape of Sicily for my home, and when a friend saw it and asked for one of her own, I realized how much I loved sharing my work with others. Soon after, I was creating string art of all kinds—especially duty station signs that hold deep meaning for military families.
After moving back to the States, I finally got a laser machine—something I had dreamed of for years. That was a game-changer, and I haven’t stopped creating since!
I hosted a small paint party at my home one day because I missed crafting with others. It reminded me how special it is to create side by side with friends, so I started offering DIY kits to help bring that joy to others, near or far.
What I love most is seeing how people make each project their own. The creativity, the colors, the unique touches—every piece tells a story. And nothing makes me happier than someone who says “I’m not crafty” and then walks away with a beautiful piece of art and a huge smile.
